WHITEBOX · Group was co-founded by Serge Zhevelyuk and Constanza Hinojosa in Playa del Carmen. Serge leads vision, strategy, capital, and investor relations. Constanza leads legal structuring, closing, and advisory through WHITEBOX · Law, bringing over 15 years of specialized real estate law experience in Quintana Roo.
Neither of them has moved on to manage from a distance. They are both still in the room.
