The meeting

We hold a meeting with you to ask questions and discuss various options. Your goals for the property, tax strategy, and other factors will guide our approach.

Due diligence

Our thorough due diligence process ensures clarity and security in your property acquisition. We carefully analyze all provided documentation, verifying property details through the Public Registry and confirming the seller’s legitimacy and the absence of debts or liens. Negotiations

Negotiation is a critical stage where we protect your interests. We carefully review the promise to purchase agreement, advocating for protection and assurance clauses. The closing​

We guide you all the way to the closing appointment, where we support you with signing the deed.

Post closing

After the signing, we follow up with the notary to ensure the deed is promptly logged for registration into the public registry. Registration may take up to eight months, after which we secure and deliver the registered deed, accompanying paperwork, and final instructions to the client.
