I understand my capital is locked for 12 months. If the Luna apartment sells within that period I receive my original box value back plus my proportional profit share. If it does not sell within 12 months, at that point I can choose between capital + 7% ROI or continuing to hold until the apartment sells. I also understand that three of the 300 boxes are surprise boxes with cash prizes of $1,500, $1,000 and $500, announced at the close of the round.
