Your Responsibilities:
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be in charge of creating, introducing, and leading the company’s social media strategy and designing its social media presence.

- Develop and execute a content strategy that showcases our company’s expertise and insights through engaging blog posts, social media captions, and graphics.
- Create visually appealing and impactful content for social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, including infographics and videos.
- Manage and curate content across our website and social media platforms to enhance our online presence.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing and advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads, focusing on the USA, Canadian and Mexican markets.
- Craft compelling captions and ad copy to promote real estate listings and brand messaging while staying up-to-date with social media trends and formats.
- Schedule and publish high-quality content consistently to grow our social media presence and engage with our audience.
- Monitor and promptly respond to social media conversations, inquiries, and messages, addressing customer concerns professionally.
- Analyze engagement metrics and adapt strategies for continuous improvement to achieve marketing goals.
- Manage lead nurturing through social media channels and generate search campaigns to attract potential real estate leads in the USA Canada, and Mexico
- Set campaign budgets, define target audiences, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in social media marketing, specifically within the real estate industry.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create engaging property descriptions, blog posts, and social media content, including graphics and videos.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, video editing software, content scheduling platforms, and social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent writing skills with a creative flair, attention to detail, and the ability to craft compelling ad copy.
- Strong understanding of real estate terminology, market dynamics, and social media advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Be up to date with changes and updates in the Real Estate market.
- Experience with search engine marketing (SEM) concepts, campaign creation, and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
