Your Role:
As the Site Supervisor at Whitebox Group, you will be responsible for supervising all phases of our construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Supervise the work of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with established timelines and budgets.
- Conduct daily site inspections to verify progress and adherence to quality standards.
- Identify and resolve, together with the Construction Project Manager, any technical or construction problems that may arise during the project.
- Coordinate the delivery and receipt of construction materials.
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, including photographs and hold status meetings.
- Collaborate closely with the design team and the Construction Project Manager to ensure the proper execution of the project.
- Review and approve estimates of work and various subcontracts.
- Manage the budget, project resources, and materials procurement.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to discuss layout and construction procedures.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of construction staff and contractors.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Architect or Civil Engineer
- 5 years of experience as a supervisor in mid-level or residential vertical housing projects.
- Knowledge of construction and safety regulations.
- Leadership and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Availability to work in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo.
