About Us:

Your Role:

As our in-house Sales Consultant, you’ll be dedicated to selling and promoting our two projects. You will act as a salesperson and primary point of contact for our buyers, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the construction and post-closing process.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound and inbound calls.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
  • Provide detailed updates and feedback to clients, ensuring they are informed at every project stage.
  • Manage and update client information in our CRM system diligently.
  • Work closely with a small, dynamic team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Participate actively in company sales strategy planning and execution.
  • Handle all aspects of sales for our projects, from initial contact through post-sale client management.

 

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience in the real estate sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivation, proactivity, and ability to work independently and as a team.

 

About You:

  • You are deeply passionate about the real estate industry and driven to continuously learn and advance in this field.
  • You are proficient in English and Spanish and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You live in Playa del Carmen.
  • You are technologically adept and comfortable using various digital tools and platforms to enhance work efficiency.
  • You have a proactive, can-do attitude.
