Your Responsibilities:

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our marketing initiatives, ensuring that our brand and listings stand out in a competitive market. You will:

  • Develop Multi-Channel Campaigns: Create and execute strategic marketing plans that integrate digital, print, email, and social media channels to attract buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Create Engaging Content: Write compelling property descriptions, blog posts, email newsletters, and other marketing materials highlighting key features, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Brand Management: Maintain consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing platforms to reinforce our brand and elevate our market presence.
  • Social Media & Digital Advertising: Launch targeted campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. Leverage SEO, SEM, and PPC to drive high-quality leads across the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
  • Website & SEO Management: Oversee website content and SEO efforts, ensuring properties rank well on search engines and provide a seamless user experience.
  • Visual Content Coordination: Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce high-quality property images, videos, and virtual tours that captivate potential buyers.
  • CRM & Analytics: Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and monitor the sales pipeline. Use analytics platforms to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Event Promotion: Organize and promote open houses, private showings, real estate expos, and other events to enhance client engagement and generate interest in our properties.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to local regulations, ethical standards, and real estate industry best practices.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate trends, property types, and market factors influencing buying and selling decisions.
  • Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing plans, including email campaigns, social media content, and digital advertising.
  • Content & Design Skills: Strong writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive copy and coordinate with designers to produce visually appealing graphics, flyers, and brochures.
  • Digital Savvy: Proficiency with SEO principles, Google Analytics, social media advertising platforms, and CRM systems. Experience with virtual tours, 3D visualization, and property tech platforms is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to conduct market research, analyze campaign metrics, and use A/B testing to improve marketing performance continuously.
  • Project Management: Strong time-management skills to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage marketing budgets effectively.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or marketing automation tools are beneficial.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of marketing experience (real estate industry experience preferred).
